Azara Spaces

The site is located in the outskirts of Goa surrounded by villages and local houses. The North of the structure faces paddy fields. The 1767 sq mt site is divided into three plots- ORO ROSA I - 480 sq mts, ORO ROSA II - 400 sq mts and ORO ROSA III- 887 sq mts.  
The design of the structure is inspired from traditional Goan and portugese inspired Architecture features prominent in the houses and churches.  This included materials, balconies and the large arched windows and doors. 
Responsibilities included the Architectural Design of the structure including the exterior renders and client brochure.
Drawings worked on - Structural,Design and Service plans and sections, 3D modelling and Renders.
